This policy describes how Aspen Leaf Landscaping LLC collects and uses your information.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, call, text or email us, we collect what you give us. That is your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in your message.

If you check one of the text message boxes on our form, we also record which box you checked, the exact wording you were shown, the page you were on, the time you checked it and the network address you sent it from. That record lets us show what you agreed to and when.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your message, to schedule and provide the service you asked about, and to send the text messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent it.

Who we share it with

We use service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery and our customer management system. They handle your information only to provide that service to us. We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed, time on site and which links are clicked. Umami does not use cookies. It is not used for advertising or to track you across other websites, and we do not run retargeting or ad pixels.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, counts page views and measures how fast pages load without using cookies. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. It does not track you across other websites.

How we protect it

Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our email and hosting providers, who maintain their own security safeguards. We keep only what we need to run the business, and access is limited to authorized staff.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in on our contact form, Aspen Leaf Landscaping LLC sends text messages about your landscaping project, including estimate appointments, scheduling updates, and reminders. Only if you separately consent, it also sends occasional marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and full program terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. For text messages, replying STOP always works. For anything else, email [email protected] or call (435) 640-2686.
